PrimaryON.ca started in 2020 as a meditation on the knowledge synthesis and knowledge translation needs of evidence based medical health professionals in Ontario related to the pandemic.
There were a perfusion of primary care portals but none that were focused on aggregating multiple channels of information, vetting there applicability and re-presenting the results as contextualized links for health care workers.
PrimaryOn did just that and in it's prime saw thousands of hits per day. With the advent of improved immunity and treatments for COVID there was not much need to run a pro-bono site like PrimaryON any longer so we retired the site and went back to building sites for others.
This site now carries on as a KS hub coordination the KT for a growing number of affilaited websites quietly in the background.

These freestanding wedsites all started out as SubSites on SGFP.ca, PrimaryON.ca or ManitobaCPD.com. Thanks to recent module additions they now have been migrated seamlesly to their own freestanding JamStack websites. The MH-PCN was the first site to launch in Sept 2023 back when SGFP was commissioning development. Thanks to recent improvements in coding options this utility just keeps getting better and better.
